Working in tandem with organizations like Geseënde Hande, is witnessing the monumental task Ester Malan and her Team is daily accomplishing among their community, especially with regards to feeding the community and being there for the new-borns.
When there are mums with a baby on the way, and they really have nothing in terms of baby necessities, Ester is known for her care and concern and a starter pack with clothes, toiletries, toys, and other items are prepared for the mum. Unchain Our Children has been donating baby necessities on a regular basis as we receive from the generous public.
Geseënde Hande is also a real light that shines in the community as they now feed 1700 people per week and also prepare food for school children in these difficult economic times.
What inspires Ester to keep on giving to those who need it most, is the gratefulness of the community. Ester’s deep faith in God is her foundation. God’s provision is evident and so is the many donations of valuable sponsors who work as a team to support Geseënde Hande when they can.
