ASSA ABLOY Donation To Unchain Our Children Aids Safe House Security

A variety of ASSA ABLOY locking mechanisms was donated to Unchain Our Children when Ashley Aiton, Supply Chain and Logistic Manager, Stacey Conradie, Marketing & Digital Strategy Manager and Lourike Potgieter, Marketing Coordinator, paid a visit to their offices today.

Over coffee and on a handshake, common ground was established as ASSA ABLOY is “creating access for a safer world” with their myriad locking systems services/ products while Unchain Our Children is creating safe spaces for women and children by combatting child abuse, gender-based violence, human trafficking, and other human rights violations by bringing victims to places of safety. A significant parallel of service delivery between an international corporate and a South African Non-Profit Company was celebrated.

ASSA ABLOY, a global organization, and the leader in opening solutions is represented in South Africa and in more than 70 other countries, specializing in lock and security and access solutions. Their signature of excellence is prominent in most security installations worldwide pertaining to access control, entrance automation and hotel security.

Ashley Aiton enthusiastically offered ASSA ABLOY’s future support, especially regarding the Unchain Our Children Safe Houses’ security.

Lasting partnerships between corporates of stature and Non-Profit organizations operating in huge demand of socio-economic challenges, are of the essence in achieving the change we all want to see. The exchange of networks, and exposure to each other’s audiences on public platforms, are added value and evident of good wins and forward both parties’ interests optimally.

Unchain Our Children deeply values ASSA ABLOY’s outreach and interest and their huge contribution towards the safety of women and children in South Africa.
