In less than a week, of being reported missing by the biological mother, a missing 14-year-old child was found unharmed by an emergency intervention by UOC Operatives who went many extra miles to establish the child’s location.
After following up leads from community members and an intensive investigation the child was successfully extracted and recovered and handed to an investigative officer of Klerksdorp SAPS, FCS Unit for further investigation
There is no waiting period to report a missing person in South Africa. Report a missing person at your nearest SAPS police station immediately by completing a SAPS 55 (A) form.
